Shipping Information

At Steman Clothing Shop, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details regarding our shipping methods and delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is €12.95, and delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over €50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject „Rückgabe/Umtausch Anfrage“ and include the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The item you wish to return or exchange
    • The reason for the return or exchange
  2. Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely and include the original invoice.
  3. Ship the Return: Send the package to the following address:

Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Please be aware that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Underwear and socks
  • Personalized or custom-made items
